"GOLLINUCCI S.R.L.", in its capacity of Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 hereafter 'GDPR', hereby informs you that the above-mentioned regulation protects people in the processing of their personal data and that it has been conceived according to principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your confidentiality and your rights.

To achieve its purposes, relating to the management of the relationship, the Data Controller needs to acquire personal data, such as, for example, the name and surname, telephone or mobile number, email address, tax code.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with legislative provisions of the above-mentioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations set forth therein.

 

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Your data will be processed to answer to any requests that may be received from templates and forms available on the website or via email.

Data processing has a contractual legal basis since it comes from processing data after an information request followed by an answer.

 

CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF COMMUNICATION

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

The owner does not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU. CONSERVATION PERIOD

We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the conservation period of your personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed, in the event that a contract is signed, this conservation period may cease with the forfeiture or withdrawal of the contract, the same data can be kept, where applicable, for a further period of time in order to manage any disputes, the legal basis of this conservation is the legitimate interest of the data controller. The conservation period for marketing-related data processing is functional to the purposes pursued by the data controller, and in any case not exceeding 3 years from the last contact, or feedback received.

    • data portability.
  4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
    • the processing of personal data concerning him, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
    • to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Complaint: The interested parties, having met the conditions, also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Antitrust Authority as the supervisory authority according to the established procedures.
